Can development of society contribute life standard to decline? For recent decades this issue has divided the public. Even today it still sparks bitter controversy among the whole society.Piror to the presentation of my recommendable solutions; a close examination will be paid to the factors which lie behind. The following reasons in light of my perception cannot be excused from explaining why the quality of life has experienced a decrease. Initially, the problem mainly lies in environment problems. it is undeniable that citizens are living in a worse environment as the result of developing industrialization. Temperatures climbed more rapidly in recent decades as the use of fossil fuels proliferated and greenhouse gas levels continued to soar. At the same time, extrem weather events like hurricanes are becoming more frequent. The public have to pay the price of unbalancing of ecology and polluting, such as a high risk to suffer asthma and extinction of species. A further reason which should be responsible for the uncomfortable life is fierce competition. That is to say, people pay more attention to how to promote their positions and hunt approaches to improve income to support their families, meanwhile, they ignore the importance of blood relationship, not to say neighbourhood, hereby, and people become indifferent and number to interpersonal relation. Accordingly and respectively, the following measures are strongly recommended in terms of addressing the issue. Initially, the government is encouraged to set down sustainable and environmental development strategy to guarantee harmonious surroundings for the public.Furthermore, people should face competition and pressure on the right way, which can translate into motive power instead of burden. In sum, personally, I believe that only when recommended measures are put into practice can this problem be completely addressed or eased to a large extent. I sincerely expect that one day in the near future.
