To be frank, i take an positive attitude to government should spend more money supporting the arts . It is acknowledged that China is a coutry who has five thousand years of history. It is no doubt that we should put the emphasis on enhancing the arts. Indeed,culture is the demonstration of comprehesive power of a country. Neverthless,China has the obligation to build up the arts so as to transmit chinese culture . however,athletics such as an olympic team ,should not taken into consideratin .
