as far as i am concerned, snap judgements can not be trusted. we all know there is a famous saying says, think twice before your action. so elaborate preparation will help us behave appropriately in occurrence. on the contrary, snap judgement is less believable sometimes even misleading due to its limiting time and the pressure to make a decision.in many circumstances, situation is so complicated that a haste judgement always can't cover all the aspects. one-sided judgement may lead us to a wrong way. for example, a couple years ago, i went to Mountain Tai for a tour. up on the mountain top, there were many retailers selling souvenirs. among them a sketch of mountain tai top scene is the most delicate one. when i was attracted by the magnificent scene on the mountain top, i decided to buy a sketch. and the retailer told me the price was 40 yuan. i know it was expensive, but i really enjoyed the view on mountain tai. so i bought it with no hesitate. when i went down mountain,along the mountain road there were also some retailers. and price of the sketch in their hands was 25! what's more, in the mountain foot, the price became 15. a snap decision without enough campare took me 25 more yuan. therefore, in my opinion, snap judgement can never be trusted.
