Due to the significant development of transport and the gap between poverty and developed areas, more and more young people choose to move to the big cities for more challenges and chances. As a result, a great amount of migrant workers, both from abroad and from other Chinese cities, or in other words, people from different cultures or different ethnics, exist in the some city, which finally reforms multi-culture. From my point of view, it's advantages will weight the disadvantages. Because of different customs, habits, religions and languages, at the beginning, the locals didn't welcome the external labour. On the other hand, though the migrant workers made every efforts to struggle for life, it's still hard for them to adapt to big cities' lifestyle, and some of them can not even afford for their children's education. However, over time, local governments had realized that the migrant workers do play an important role in regional development, so a s series of policies addressed to the benefits of migrant workers were formulated. Finally, people of cultures and different ethnics co-exist in our communities, in which way, can reduce migrant workers' homesick and got more motivation to do well in their jobs. What's more, the locals had changed their outlook of migrant workers and are willing to accept different culture, which will enrich their knowledge and life and widen their horizon. In conclusion, no matter where people come from, we should develop our cities and country hand in hand and accept the existence of differences. Only then, can we develop both stable economy and brilliant culture.
