Under diverse culture background and development of communities, people of different ages gained different level of attention from others. However, I believe both them are essential for our communities that no one should be ignored. On one hand, it goes without saying that, the old people are whom had sacrificed a lot to the society that deserve our respect. In addition, these olds are skilled in their profession areas and full of wisdom that they can still give the youth some useful suggestions, which will help improve their producing efficiency. What's more, the well-being of people in old age concerns the stability of community that if they have difficulties in affording the heath care or medicine bills, a lot of problems will rise. So, government should address more attention to the old people and formulate more policies that will benefit them. On the other hand, the young people, who are dynamic, energetic and moldable, are the future of a community, or even a country, that's why we have to value the young generation and focus on training and developing them. Nowadays, while the world is developing so fast, only the young people can adapt to the up-to-date objects and notions, or adapt themselves in different situations. So, some preferential policies should be applied to the young, to let them make full use of their potential. In conclusion, the old and the young are equally important that both of them should be valued.
