There is an onslaught of technology in the modern classroom. Teachers, administrators, parents, and students alike are being told that technology is the software with which we can all sharpen our education system. Technology can open doors, expand minds, and change the world. Computers can definitely help students in a big way to learn. Similarly they can help teachers in teaching more effectively. But computers can never replace teachers completely. To begin with teachers is needed to decide and distinguish computer software developers what the computers will teach and how they will teach it. And on the other hand, having physical teachers in the classrooms is advantageous because they can teach personal interaction, and also, teacher-directed learning is underpinned by personal awareness and a focus on students. All in all, although there are many benefits of using computers in the classroom but I certainly do not think that they can replace teachers. The most possible situation is that computer and teacher exist in harmony and play an indispensable role in our study lives.
