The higher degree you get, the higher salary you were paid and the less chance you will lose job.It means that in the education ,you paid more ,you will get more when you work in the society. In my opinion, in the work,maybe the leader will pay more attention to one's ability rather than the certificate of degree. But sometimes maybe one even can't have the chance to interview if his degree is too low.So it's important for us to get higher education and improve our ability.
