Nowadays,more and more students don't attach importance to the English spelling while learning English.Comparing with the printing,they think it is inconvinent to spell by pens. For another hand, the school doesn't take it seriously,not asking for students to hand in the the homework with handwriting. To solve this problem,the teachers have to demand the students to exercise spelling,which can force the students to do it.On the other hand,the students are supposed to change their thoughts for spelling.
