As the proverb said, good habits result from resisting temptation. Obviously, it's important to resist temptation. Resisting temptation can prevent us from bad habits. Moreover, it helps us to attain the positive energy, which is beneficial of our life. For example, my uncle lighted more than eight cigarettes a day, which always made his children coughing seriously.Therefore, he decided to abandon smoking to resist the temptation of cigarettes and restrained himself only can light three cigarettes a day in outdoor. Gradually, he quit smoking. Just his determination to resist the temptation of cigarettes that helps him form the good habit not to smoke. The more consistent you are, the better the habit will form. It is indispensable for us to come being a power will to resist temptation. Resisting temptation makes a great difference for us to form a good habit and lead a much more healthy life.
