today there is a comman argument that whether all the students are entitled to receive higer education.Some argues that everybody should be equal between the right of education no matter how smart he is;while some hold a different view that only the elites should be enrolled in higer education since it is favorable to make the use of education resource to the full extend.As for me,i would like to say that higer education should be enjoyed by everyone. there are several reasons to support this opinino.First of all.we should stick to the rule of placing human beings the first.Every resident should be equal,not only in the education area but also other relevant areas.second,higer education for all the students is beneficial to the civilization prosperity in China.With more people being educated,our spirital construcation will make new progress.
