They want to gain the chance to study but they must give up .so they don't have skillful technology the people who gain the doctoral degree have ability to achieve the goal by company.and they have enough knowledge to improving the economic rate of company. as far as i'm concerned ,gaining a good degree is important to do that.We can learn a lot .it will improve our ability about skill and judgement .Only in this way can we gain the benefit of company.
