In this way, JUFE can clean up little pools in time. At the same time, anyone who finds others throw rubbish into pools can take a picture to send to JUFE. Then someone who is taken many times will be warned or be punished. Of course, someone throwing rubbish on the floor also can be reported. What’s more, JUFE can use solar energy such as solar street lamp.
