How to succed on a job interview? Recently, the job interview has weighed more heavily than ever before in recruitment. Because of the fast development of economy and technology, many standards to assess a candidate for the job also change along with them. Many empolyers tend to choose know the candidate as well as possibly in the interview. Admittedly, there are many factors that determined you can be successful in the interview or not, such as apperance, bearing style, capacity, professional knowledge, confidence, honesty and so on. Appeaance and bearing style can easily show the empolyers the behavior of you. The empolyer definitely wants to hire someone can do contribution to him or her which relates a lot with a person's capacity and professional knowledge. If you were a person of comfidence, it means that you can handle with the chanllenges in the job. Honesty is essential to the empolyers. In my eyes, you do not need to have all the strong points for different jobs need different person, sometimes your strong points are your weak points too. So what shall we do? I think that concentrating on your advantages and correct your disadvantages is a wise choice. For example, you have good knowledge in finance, however you are not confident when talking with others sometimes. It is good for you to strengh your study in finance and also take some activities to enhance your confidence.
