As is known to all, every schools and colleges pay attention to reduce pollution, although the ways have some difference. There are some views about what JUFE can do to reduce pollution on campus. Firstly, JUFE has taken serious measures to build environmental friendly campus, such as lawns, artificial pools, and tree-lined roads. In my opinion, these are only the initial steps and JUFE can do more. To begin with, JUFE may implement strict regulations of waste on campus, such as sorting out what is rubbish and what is recyclable in classrooms and dormitories. Although JUFE has asked students to sort out, it has little influence. Therefore, in this way, we will strengthen our awareness to sort out. In addition, with the development of science and technology, mobile phones are more and more popular. Therefore we can make full use of mobile phones. For example, when little pools on campus are dirty, people can send the information through photos and words to the app. Then JUFE gets the information to solve problems. In this way, JUFE can clean up little pools in time. At the same time, anyone who finds others throw rubbish into pools can take a picture to send to JUFE. Then someone who is taken many times will be warned or be punished. Of course, someone throwing rubbish on the floor also can be reported. What’s more, we all learn that energy from the sun can be harnessed to produce electricity, heat water and even power vehicles (Zaqwsxcv, 2013). Thus, as far as I am concerned, JUFE can use solar energy such as solar street lamp. After all, solar energy is produces no harmful pollution as a byproduct, and energy from the sun is free, so costs will be lower.
