With the development of living standard,there are increasing number of families who own at least 1 car and use it,whose behavior contribute to high rate of traffic jams. To solve this problem,some people suggest that the utilization of cars should be restricted,especially in inner city areas.In this essay,I will argue both advantages and disadvantages of this way. Undoubtly,this idea will become relatively popular in a long term if it comes true,because the reduction of cars can make city transport system more effectively.
