Nowadays, an increasing number of university students would not like choose science subjects.Such a trend triggers a heated debate.Before presenting impingements of this problem,I will probe closely on the factors lying behind. The following reasons in light of my perception cannot be excused from explaining why students are paying less attention to science sbujects.Initially, the problem mainly lie in that science subjects are too difficult for most students, so they have to sacriface their much more leisure time to learn in order to pass the exams, what is they donot want to.A furhter reason which should be responsibe for this situation is the rate of employment.That is to say, today,most science graduate students are experienceing a hard time to hunt decent jobs,meanwhile, other majories students can get jobs easily.These two factors lead to this result. Personally,Curses caused by this problem far outnumber merits.Some people believe this may exert positive effects on employment.This notion supporters give their explanation that society need more practical talents,such as acounting,business,as well as education and so on.However, science subjects tend to theoretical research which cannot be appearanced by most employers. But I cannot side with it.I believe that cons cannot only neutralized pros but far exceed pros as well.It is apparent that slow development of science subjects pose a threat to the progress of the society.More specifically,science is the main foundation of most practical subjects and provide theoretical principles,such as financial,acounting,computer and so on.In addition,no one can deny that Newton and Einstein's science achievements during the process of social progress. To summarize,shortly, the reasons above can serve as justifications for this problem,meanwhile positive effects produced by this problem can fully neutralized by its negative effects.
