Human race have various requirements not only basic but also spirit, artists have a long history as a way of express emotions and thoughts, huamn thoughts also be limited if the artists not activrty as usual.What is more ,from the history we could know the high stander of civilization always with the palmy culture and artists. In conclsion,government should pay more attitions to the foundation services and alsothe artists.
