leadership is the most important guy in a corporate team。He should take everyting in cotrol and give support to team members who needs help anytime. Whats more, he must be a expert in the area and recognize the key point in our tedious work. Obviously，he must be the one who can share success and call for benefits for the clerk .In my opinon, benefits always be the engergy for the man to work hard and devote himself in project.
