To live in a large city means more opportunities, but also means more competitions. When people gathered in large cities to find their places, daily expenditure would reach higher level, along with traffic jams and air pollution. The reasons behind are very obvious in China, but the solutions are not easily found, or only need to wait and see. China has a huge population, so welfare remains as a big challenge to the government budget. Ordinary people are exposed to such anxieties as health concern, unemployment, housing loans or rents. Housing account for a big expenditure which always affect people's life to a great level. We have seen that prices of most commodities like TV, motor vehicle, PC, Mobile phone went down after new products turn out, but not the real estate mainly due to the complexity of the whole industry. Rome was not built in one day. TV, motor vehicle, PC and Mobile phone eventually lowed their prices because new technology helps. By contrast, the cost of building a complex is still high, not to mention the government's involving in land contracts do some favor in the housing price. I wish one day that some technologies like 3-D printing and new materials can bring ordinary people cheap houses which are not only in varied shapes as well as light and mobile, just like the flying house in the movie Up if we could add it an aircraft engine. Then we could move our house around. isn't it thrilling! So, I hope that one day we or even it's our future generations can own this house, just like TV, motor vehicle, PC, Mobile phone which are popular in most parts of the world.
