As the main way of transportation, airplanes are playing an increasing important role in modern society. Although it is widely used for fresh food carriage, its dominance and potential hazard attract numerous controversies, with opponents and proponents. In this essay, I will discuss both advantages and disadvantages of aircrafts, when they take the responsibility to carry on fresh fruit and vegetables. Obviously, there are enough benefits which will be brought to us. At least we must recognize that airplanes' high speed is incomparable, not only from its advanced engine and dynamical system(it prove that plane can fly into the sky),but unique line. To be more specific, most veichles in air can generally reach up to a relative high velocity, from 700 km /h to 1000km/h, much faster than others. More importantly, it is a common sense that flights, rather than other tools, are not limited by topography, in other word, they always fly over that. Also, it is unlikely for them to stop flying at airport for waiting guests many times in fly task, unlike buses and taxis, which drivers take a long time to do that. All of these provides merchants oppurtunities to put their production into a larger market. However, there are numerous disadvantages which cannot be ignored.
