It is universally acknowledged that communication are indispensable to everyone in the daily life.No matter what we do, it is always closely related with everything. I reckon there are many reasons for this point, but in general ,they come draw to three major ones. For one thing, if wanting to be an excellent leader, he or she has to attain good communicate skills. Otherwise, we cannot get along well with each other,both them may never come to agreement. To make matter worse, it not only impacts working efficient, but produces negative aspects as well. For another thing,as we know, those remarkable students who are often good at talking with their teachers and parents.Furthermore,whatever troubles they get,they will soon tend to teachers for help at first. That is the reason why they keep excellent record at school is that they understand how to communicate with others at urgent help.Most importance of all that it is a connected bridge which leads to long road to succeed.That is to say,which is an artistic that needs practicing continually.It is quite difficult for us to master this skill as well,for the pleasant communication brings us plenty of fortune. If not, we might have a difficult time. In a word,communicating is a hard learning ,important and absolutely helpful. I suggest that we read some books on talking skills. Moreover,collecting more experience from your supervisors while they negotiate with customers. Then,we will become better and better gradually.
