Talents are frequently moving from one place to another. It can be positive to the host country's development. China's prosperous economy is favorable for foreign investments and talents. Investments like Walmart and Mcdonald's not only means employment and tax income, but also new commercial and management model. Along with the investment are foreign employees, they add to the labor forces and contribute to this country's economy. China's charming landscape and unique culture has also attracted a lot of internationals. They come to China to study Chinese or kongfu, or opera. Meanwhile, they introduce some advanced culture into our society as well. Thus could affect native people to give up some out-dated habits in some way and to be more connected with the outside world. They actually serve as ambassadors to get the other nations to know about China which are more effective because seeing is believing. Role model in this regard is Dashan, a Canadian who are interested in Chinese culture, after years of hard working in China, he finally serves as a well-known culture ambassador between the two countries. So, I think foreigners is important both economically and culturally.
