如何利用课间10分钟？有些高中学生课间依旧在教室认真学习（如图1），也有些高中学生走出教室积极活动（如图2）。请根据下面两幅图片用英文写一篇短文。你的短文应包含以下内容：

Breaks between classes are intended to give students a short time to be refreshed in body and
mind so that they can go on with their learning energetically and efficiently. Students in class
are usually looking forward to the break.

There are two different phenomena in the 10 minutes breaks. Some people make use of the 10 minute.They are do some exercise and reading books.Also people talk about some questions they do not understand.These students are crazy about learning,they want to get good grads and teachers'encourage. Also some students think do some exercises is a good way to relax themselves.Some people walking ,some people play football and basketball. In my opinion,breaks between classes is aim to refreshed in students body and mind.So as a student should do some action so that refreshed our body and mind.We all youth, we are in growing,so,we need do some action and Practice is the power of life.If we want have good healthy,we should do some exercise,only this way,we can achieve good grads.
