Leaders are the rules sometimes but never be a friend .Good ones will teach you in day time work .And may guide you the right way with patience .Young people always want to come across the kind ones under the burdon of lacking experience .That is the qualified leader and the most welcomed between colleagues . Direct leaders is the one that we touch much every day . whatever things we should share with them first .More times they would like to help youngers and freshman .The wise leaders may help computer gain much benefit ,but i think the wise and kind are more important .for the development of a company .
