In this ever-changed society people generally pay much more attentions to the industrical and techological develpment.However in this situation less and less people realise that cilivization play much more important role in our life. If a country advance in their industry or techology but rude ,impolite it is also unsuccessful one.What we call a big and successful country is not only advanced but has its own rules and civilization.In is way,the improvement of the civil is neccessary. Around the city we can see many people are lack of the sence of environmental protection the throw the rubbish everywhere and spit without useing tissue. I think that will make very bad effect and impression on our country,so in this condition,goverment should carry out some effective and active measures to prevent this matter going worse,improve public quality . If everyone can well behave themselves I believe our home will be more popular and welcome to everyone
