As the college students, quite a few would claim that knowledge is more important, but others, in contrast, deem social skills as the premier choice ，and that is also my point. My arguments for this point are listed as follows. For one thing, the young men who know social skills will adapt themselves to the new work world environment in a short time. For instance, being a new job sometimes brings on anxiety. Therefore, the new employees should know how to adjust themselves to the new work environment. For another thing, I consider social skills are critical for long-term success. When the college students graduate from the school and find the job, some of them are always complex. Why I cannot get a better job even though I am good at studying knowledge? Actually, especially in the large business or in government, social skills are more important to success or promote than the special knowledge .Certainly, more people fail because they do not know the requirements of being an employee, and how to communicate with others . Above all I have mentioned is my opinion. The one who possess the social skills are easier to adjust him to new workplace and succeed. All in all ，I believe that social skills are more important than knowledge.
