These days, it seem that art plays a indispensable role in publc life. While some still hold conservative view that providing artists with financial support is a kind of waste, in stead of which money should be given to more important areas. It is my personal belief that artists deserve to have financial support from the government, because of the following reasons. First of all, art is a sort of necessity for people's inner world. There is no doubt that researches on sides like technology, education, health care and social service can bring benefits to the public living standard; however, as a marvellours spirit food, art also need to be paid attention to. As the society developing more and more fast, simply satifying physical requirments is not yet enough to modern people. Overall, it is completely necessary to support not only the so-called impertant aspects but also spiritual edification - art. secondly, I would like to emphasise more details about significances of art for why the government worthes to enrich art area. Since being nourishment for the mind, art makes a bridge between intercountries and internal country. With its own unique characteristics, just as culture, art is a way of communication between the public. People can enjoy local art, meanwhile to gain knowledge of international masterpieces. Addimittedly, art provides multiple visual angles for people to understand the whole world. The more you have experienced, the more creative inspiration you may possibly get, which is another route to improve innovation ability. In summary, I once again reaffirm my position that both physical field and spiritual side are necessary to a person. Thus, in order to accomplish a much more dynamic society, government is supposed to invest not only social infrastructure but also art.
