It is believed by some that games are very important for children, because they learn many things from game, such as practicing their hands, communicating with partner, and understanding each other, and so on. But is it the same important for adults? In my opinion, it's the same importance as it for children. First of all, according to scientists researches, games not only can relax one's mind after they doing a hard work, but also release the pressure of theirs. For example, after reciting a lot of words, I feel sleepy and very tired. sometimes I can't go to bed because I feel pain in my left brain because of overwork. So I play some game to release my tension. It shows very useful for me. Moreover, games are very useful for those old person. After retirement, they do less and think less than before, then their brains begin to lost some abilities, such as good remember, speed action,and so on. If they play game, they still practice their hands and brains every day, that's better than do nothing. Finally, games provide some new experience in one's life. In addition to making some good friends through the game which are played together. In general, games are important not only for children but also for adults.
