I completely agree with this statement that working with other people is better than working alone becuase people working together offers you a good learning environment.Generally, there are 3 following aspects. Firstly, seeing other people working will push you to work harder. In another word, you will get some encouragement and pressure if people around you are working, and you will be less likely to waste your time. This is just like the case in the library and classroom. People always tend to study harder in libraries or classrooms than at home or in their doomitary because when you watch others studying hard in these public areas, you'll be afraid of falling behind and so is the case with working. The working-together environment pushes you to work hard and that's one benefit you can get. Secondly, if working together with others, you can improve yourself by asking questions to people better than you, questions like 'How to handle this situation?'and'Should I solve the problem in this way'. My mom is a great learner in this way. She was an engineer in her company. At first she knew little about the product and she always made mistakes in the designing paper. Then she decided to change and she checked every part of the designing by asking other colleagues to help her. She is doing a lot better now and people in the office are nowing consulting her for help. You can get improvements by asking for help or simply learn from other people in the office. Only working together with others offers you this chance. Last but not the least, working together makes you and your colleagues closer and you are more likely to get familiar with them. That is to say, you see and contact with them more often, so you make friends with them more often. This is very important especially for those new colleagues in the company. Working together provides people with a space to be familiar with others and make friends. However, there are some disadvantages of working together. For example, if you are a person easily affected by others, you will get to much pressure from others. And there's little privacy if working with other people looking at you. That's why the bosses and managers all have private offices and do not share with other people. But I still believe working with other people is better than working alone for the environment it provides you with. In my future career, I'd like to get a job working with others tha working alone. Working together gives me pushment, offers me people to learn from and friends. It is better than working alone for the good working environment it provides.
