As college students who will graduate in the coming year,we all are going to step into the society and look for chances so we can get a nice job to start our careers.As we all know,interviews are the first thing we need to face to get a job in a company,because it is our first meetings with potential employees.It is crucial to show our best sides in front of them to let them know how good we are and great potential is necessary to be seen. What is qualified as a successful interview for interviewee?As far as I am concerned,certain qualities are required.You don't have to be handsome or posses amazing appearance,but you have to be careful with how you'll look when you show up.Being clean and dressing formally can't be bad.They show your respect and sincerity.You gotta talk and behave appropriately.Behavior can represent who you are in some degree.And of course,let the interviewer know about all your abilities.They are most important for them to know when people want to hire somebody to work for them.The same to your professional knowledge.What's more,the qualities that I assume the most important are honesty and confidence.It can never be good for someone to be not honest for certain obvious reasons.Without honesty you can not even be a good person as a citizen,a friend or a family.Honesty is the essential part,while confidence makes you excellent.When you are good enough to be able to get your work done perfectly,it is confidence that makes you a leader,makes you extraordinary. That's all my thought about what a good interview requires.
