In my point of view,game is always the important part in our life,both for the adults and the children. For children game bring them happiness,new friends and even a healthy body,For the adults,you can imagine that after a long day working,many people feel tired both on physic and mental filed.the game can change that,like some sports:basket ball,foot ball,swimming.like some entertainment:poker,chatting with friends,video game.i like reading the novels and magzine, with a cup of tea,it`s really a enjoy for me,just like traveling in another world.it makes me forget the pressure and unpleasant of the work and life.and from that i got many useful knowledge also. it is also important for the elder people,many of them like the activity as dancing at the square, mahjang,they are very helpful to keep the good performance of the brain and the body.my grandpa like cultivate the different plants.every day after the breakfast,he`d like to spend almost 1 hour in the greenhouse, to water the plants, clean the weed and some branch,make the flora growing much better.and last medical check shows his health improved compare to the last report,for that i think in the different stage of the life,game is always a good friend of us.
