With the rapid development of human society, the negative effects of the human activities on plants and animal species has aroused more and more people's concern. Some people hold the idea that it is too late to do anything since a lot of plants and animal species have become extinct or on their way nearby. Others, however,are trying their efforts to fight for this situation. They believe that there must be some effective measures which can be taken to improve the situation and they will never give up whatever the cost will be. There is a true story which touched so many people that a teenage girl got stuck in a mire and never came out for the sake of a crane which is near extinction. personally, I firmly side with the latter. I believe that it will never be too late to do anything about the issue. First of all, the government should take a leading role. It is essential to establish a perfect law system and harsher punishment should be imposed on those who break the laws.
