The two analyses above expose us to the conclusion that putting a "pullution tax" on private cars dose have necessity,just as water to fish,so is a friendly pure enviorment to us.Tax on cars'emissions will not only cultivate the awareness of reducing emissions among car-owners,but also pose the invention of energy-saving private cars,namely enviroment protection.
