There is no doubt that constant effort contributes to succeed,which I can't agree more. Talking about the most important characteristic that a person can have to be successful in life everyone holds his or her own idea about that.First of all,Some people take honesty as the most important factor to be successful.And I do agree honesty is one of the most significant characteristics when you get along with another person.But from my point of view,if you want to become successful,firstly you must trust yourself and spear no effort to work as hard as you can then you would achieve your goal in your life among all fields such as career,research even though your love. In sum,working hard is the basic factor for becoming successful.
