考研作文：关于领导

A good leader I have worked for 9 years.When I was working,I met several leaders.Some of them are really good ,but some of them are ..... I think a good leader is like a good teacher.You can learn a lot from him/her.When you are working together ,or talking about the work.You can discovery something new.For example,when I was working with my leader,I knew that how I can do that work well.Then next time when I was doing the similar work,I work better.This kind of feeling is really great.I can fell that I am growing stronger. On the other hand ,I also met some really bad leaders.All they can do are acting like they are leaders.You must listen to them .What they think is the most important thing.They don't want to talk with you about the work.All they want are you doing things as they told you .Abviously leaders make mistakes.But the bad leaders don't thing so.They thought they are always right.
