Humanbeings, who is at the top of the food chain of the ecosystem, has caused irreversible impacts on other species that are living on this planet through their irresponsible behaviours. It is now under argument that the environment could not be better whatever we do. While others advocate that the situation could be improved as long as human can make their effect. In my opinion, there are still sustainable approaches we can adopt to save the earth. First of all, as a result of advanced technology, the cities are ever-expending. The roads, especially at metropolitan areas, are filled with vehicles. Consequentally, a series of issues, including noise pollution, overly discharge of carbon dioxide and the exhaustion of fuels and oils, have drawn great attention all over the world. Moreover,people meet their own purpose by hunting animals and cutting trees, which threaten the diversity of species of flora and fauna. All examples above have damaged our environment and ecosystem permanently to some extent. On the other hand, while the human activities will continue, it does not mean the world can only become worse. For example, now more people in the world have participated in the preservation of endangered wild species, panda. The sharply decline of this chuppy animal was concerned by the wildlifers and animal preservationists several years ago, and now the total number of pandas tend to be stable and even grow slowly. In addition, in terms of providing a better living environment for all species, the global warming could be slowed down by the promotion of using hybrid cars and the investments on clean and renewable resources. To conclude, while it may take a long period to improve the environment, or even several decades if unfortunately, people should also make their contribution to preserve other species in the world. The reason for this is that all individuals, are deserved a harmonious and peaceful home.
