It is universally acknowledged that it is unwise to put all your eggs in one basket which means a plan B will never be wrong. That is very correct to some degree, but in certain cases,I don't think so. Relationship, for example, requires our effort to be adequate. When we want to be with someone we love,we don't think about any sort of back-up plan.We give all our effort to love,to trust,to be protective and to be tough enough to pursue the common happiness for both parties. Vincent Van Gogh, living a miserable life, without dignity, fame, fortune, respect, and other things he deserved, never stopped his work which people generally acknowledge create rare masterpieces,or looked for another way so he could live at least an adequate life.Otherwise,we would not have those cultural treasures. So,from my perspective,as a coin has two sides, this whole putting all your eggs in one basket view has two sides as well.Sometimes we just need to be so concentrate that we don't think about some other plans. We need faith to achieve some goals, great or ordinary.
