Culture exchange today is by no means more active than ever before, poeple from all over the world travel across the country to learn different culture or to spread their culture whcih makes current civilizaiton display a highly brilliant and diversified picture. The phenomen of culture diversity in a country is based on many reasons, firstly, the country should be ecomically prosper so as to provide a atomosphere of different culture to grow up. Secondly, equalism in terms of government policy is also important for ethnic groups to work properly. And Involveness of dominate culture may greatly accelerate the process of culture assmilation. The positive side of culture diversity is obvious, it can stimulate the develpment of society and widen the horizion of people. A society with mixed population are more likely to adapt to the changing environment also its partnership with other societies may be stronger. As a result, these societies may enjoy more properity. Wheres, negtive effect of mixed culture is also obvious, because of different customs, different view of value and differenet religious belief, collission may occure when different culture come along with each other. This may give rise to dangerous situation and bring great harm to innocent people. In my opinion, a diversified culture will be benefical for a society in the long run, therefore we should encourage culture exchange. During this curse, we must learn to respect different cultures and admire the merit of them.
