Nowadays, people all over the world prefer to watch foreign films much more than the locally produced ones. Why is this the case? Should the government give financial support to the local film industry?

Untill now,I still remember an American movie called Spiderman which I watched when I was a young student,but on the other hand,none of the Chinese movies I have watched can remind me.Why is that? When we compare the foreign movies with the Chinese movies,we can figure the causes out easily.First of all,most of the foreign movies were invested more ,as a result,the movies of the foreign countries are more fantastic,and of course we will get more joy from it.However, the investment is not the most important thing,the perfect idea is more important.You will feel that the Chinese movies are seemed to be the same after you have watched a lot of movies. Although the situation is not satisfactory,I do not agree with the opinion that the Chinese government should give financial suppport to the local film industry.There are two reasons , one is that the government can not pick out the really good films ,and the other is that the development tend of the Chinese movies is wonderful because we have the most huge group of the audiences in the world.
