Should private car owers be taxed for pollution Nowadays for the people's income have already reached a high level,more and more people own their own car,it is not only cause heavy traffic,but create environment pollutionr as well,the government began to pay attention about it ,the government will practise "pollution tax" on private cars,I agree the government did For the bus and subway supply lack in the big city of china,people choose buy their own car,every day we would scent out the car exhaust ,especially when big lorry drive through the city,i.e.the car'engine or volume is more big,their exhaust is big-er and cause pollution is more serious,so the government practise charge that according to the car emission level is reasonable. To sum up,if we go to the destination is not long ,we should walk or ride a bicycle,we should reduce use own car,even though the government implement charge so that decline the environment pollution,but all the people should have a responsibility to protect our environment
