Education is the most important impact to our national development.So the question that who should undertake the duty to invest to it,particularly higher education,need to be made a response urgently. There are there choices.First of all,a great of proportion of people agree with that the government should pay for the higher education,because the government has the responsibility to support the development of a country and the education is the most vital facet as I said in the of this passage.And also,the government have the power to do so. The second choice is that the cost should be paid by all students.Because this can make the universities and colleges to be competitive,so the development of the education will be more active. However,a lot of people cannot afford the fees of the higher education in fact,so how to solve it?Some people make a motion that when all the students pay for the cost,they can also borrow low-interest loans from the government and repay after they graduate.This idea is better than the second one. For me,I support the first idea.Because the Chinese government is the most powerful organization in China,so if it were to invest the higher education,the education should be developed faster.
