评语:

词汇表达灵活多样请继续保持,不过学术词汇的积累还有很大的空间;作者句法知识很棒,适当增加从句的使用,会取得更不错的成绩;行文稍显不流畅,应增加文中衔接词的使用。

People usually think that parents are the best teacher for their children. From the time when children are born to when they grow up, children accompany their parents all the time. In this case, many people think that parents profoundly understand their children. However, I firmly believe that nowadays children prefer to talk to their friends rather than their parents. Also, children use lots of time to enjoy innovative products instead of communicating with their parents. First of all, parents do not really know what their children think because children are unwilling to share their innermost thoughts with their parents. To be specific, fifty years ago, many children had no chance to enjoy the benefits of education. So talking to their parents was their only choice to solve problems or share happiness. But now, things are different. As far as I am concerned, I often face trouble now that I am in my adolescence. The point is that I am quiet when I stay at home. The less communication we have, the less we comprehend. As for my classmates, they always fall in the same situations, which mean that they really understand how I feel. We talk together all the time. Thus, parents could not share their children's thinking from within as much as their children's classmates could. Another reason why I think parents do not understand their children deeply is the so-called generation gap. This refers to the differences in culture, music and so on between parents and their children. Today, technology means more change happens more quickly than ever before. To be specific, take music as an example. Even in the last few years of my teenage life, singers seem to come and go. Then it was Lady Gaga but now it seems to be Katy Perry and nobody knows who will be popular next year. Classmates can share their favorite singers but parents often do not like them. Listening to music often helps to calm down teenagers like me when we have problems so we can often discuss our feelings as we listen to music. For the reasons I have described, I believe classmates rather than parents are the better teachers and the stronger influence on teenagers.
