But I stand for this opinion that education is a better way.First of all,we should agree that avoiding the crime by education is the most economic way.Once the crime strikes our society,it will of course destroy our lives,and even our culture.And it will cost a lot to rebuild those destroyed things.Secondly,we are able to establish a superb education system in fact.The world have seen the quick development of our education ideal and method,I believe that one day we shall reach the highest level of our education system. Although the criminal penalty can stop the bad people from crime,I have to figure out the main impact of penalty is to warn the people who did not do anything wrong shall not crime.So on this layer,penalty can be involved in the education system.
