When someone ask foe help to us ,but in fact you do not have the ability to help him .how do you do with it? In the life ,we often can not help someone,because of it transcends our ability or we need to do something is more important than the help .we must say no when someone need us to do bad things.In fact our best friends or relative ask for help to us ,we often do not willing to say no . but do say no,it often make us embarrassed, we at first thought say no ,will break our friendship and kinship ,but we do not know if it can not be contracted,it will be worse. so if we can not do it, we should do not afriaid to say no .
