I hold the idea that the snap judgments are usually not right and cant be trusted. As we know, snap judgements are usually be made by people's without carefully thinking, largely dependiong on people's likes and dislikes. Often, when a person is in bad mood or confused, it is more likely to make a snap judgment. For example, when I was a child, I had a great disgusting about smokers. I think they are all bad people. So, for a long time, when I saw people who were smoking,I dont wanna talk to him or her anymore. Some friends of mine told me that i was kind of arbitary to do that, because they do know some people who keep smoking for years, but they are all nice people. With time going by, I realized that I was wrong to judge a people just by if he or she is smoking nor not. That is narrow-minded and ridiculous. Besides that, according to the past life, its prone to be wrong when I made a judgment in a hurry. People tend to make a judgment quickly because they are kind of being lazy in thinking and taking all aspects or possibilities into account. As for as I am concerned, making a judgement is more like a debate competition. we need to try our best to find the grounds to support our conclusion, or it will be not convincing. Snap judgment is not trusty enough and we should avoid making a judgment in a hurry.
