nowadays ,It is important to learn English,more and more company requests workers speak fluntly english.so when most people pay more attention in how to speak english but at same time ingore spell. why do the most people not pay attention on English spelling .I think have the follow reason :The first is when alot of people learn new word they only want known how to say and they can read if this word on another article . the second is they haven't enough time to spell and remeber how to spell. the third is most company pay more attention on speak English fluntly or not than writte english.in order to improve most people ability of spell,the school can hold some English spell competition.
