Private cars have found their way into our life and have gained increasing popularity among individuals , which also cause numerous problems , especially the pollution . Pubilic harbor the idea that we should put a “pollution tax” on private cars. For my part , individuals cannot just blame private cars for the pollution and the owners have no necessary to be texed for it . On the one hand , those indiviluals who buy private cars have already paid what they need to pay and it is not their duty to pay responsibility for such a social problem -pollution . Even if they take it , the problem can not be sloved entirely . They still own the cars and there is still pollution . On the another hand , there are a vast number of reasons for the pollution . That means others should take the responsibility as well , not only the private car owners . Above all , private car owners should not be texed for pollution . However , they need to do something good for the matter . Besides , on the part of the car companies , they should imorove the car engine or vehicle size , reducing the pollution . On the part of the individuals , they should enhance their awearness of protecting the environment .
