两个态度都片面。所以不要急于选择。我们真正希望的是，不慌不忙(with full composure)，却很有效率(efficient)。所以，我更倾向于carefu planning。因为careful planning是成功的关键。另外，也要看是什么样的事情，工作、学习，都喜欢尽快结束(give it an end as quickly as possible)，但是与朋友消遣，与家人相伴，却不应该匆匆忙忙(bustle up)，而应该at a slower place。用词灵活多样，也能较灵活地使用一些学术词汇；熟练使用了一些长难句；过渡词和衔接词使用的比较不错。

What is most significant factor regarding with the slow pace in my life is that taking your time will help you to enjoy your life. Some people say that life is like a cup of tea, which need you spend your time to taste and feel. I can't imagine one can taste one's life in a hurry and quick pace, because something profound are supposed to be memorized and felt carefully. Take the reading for an example, we are not able to understand a real literary work without carefully reading, taking ample time to absorb the contents. Another reason is easy but important, that is humans need impatience to play every role in the society, which is more likely to happen on people with slow pace. In some way, people with high speed are too busy and exhausted to transfer every part they ought to play,let alone the quality of the performance. As is well known to all, parents with strong pressure in their jobs have the trend to ignore their children, that's the apparent evidence to show those who perform badly as parents, even they may be good workers in their company. Last but not least, it is obvious for us to relate happiness and good quality to the life among people with slow pace, for they have enough time to discover and remind happy things and honest friends in their lives. Once a person said a life of one was composed of all kinds of memory, no doubt that people in a high rhythm will lose relaxing time to memorize valuable and precise substance, that's not a complete life. High speed life lacks the time to notice the beautiful yet meaningful things around us, thus the life condenses to repetition. Take it easy and enjoy your life, in this way,you will enter a wonderful world when you live a life slowly rather that make a living.
