如何利用课间10分钟？有些高中学生课间依旧在教室认真学习（如图1），也有些高中学生走出教室积极活动（如图2）。请根据下面两幅图片用英文写一篇短文。你的短文应包含以下内容：

Breaks between classes are intended to give students a short time to be refreshed in body and
mind so that they can go on with their learning energetically and efficiently. Students in class
are usually looking forward to the break.
拼写很棒，可适当增加学术词汇的使用；作者句法基础不错，可适当增加复杂句的使用；缺少组织，上下文衔接稍显不流畅。
It seems that some of senior students still work hard in the classroom during the break if they needn't go to the washroom. And some students who are active playing games out of the classroom. Also,few of students have a rest to relax. In my opinion, we are concentrating so much on listening and writing on class that we will have too much energy if we study all the day. So I rather do something fun or have a rest than studying during the break. Also, I think we will be more energetic on class after having a rest or enjoying ourselves so that we can study efficiently. Combining with rest and exertion can help us study better, I think so. In a word, we should explore ways on which improve our study , so that we can get the result double by working half.
