I do not think that dialects can speak in the public places .There are my personal point of view .All of you can get a clear answer from the fllowing narration . Most importantly ,politeness can be ignore ,if you speak your own dialect,who can get a true meaning of what you are saying .Cause everyone of us need to care other people"s feeling ,aren"t we ? Just like there are some people speking their own language loudly over there,how awful? At the same time ,we all need to cooperate with others ,but if we do not have the same language,how can we do things well. I do not know.Also as a humanbeing ,our culture are supposed to be transformed,like culture merge and so on .Dialects are not benefit for the culture exhange .Just in the case of public places . So,at last ,we can know what we need to do now .we are supposed to grow a habbit of how to speak in the public places.do not use diclects are very significant for us and we should remember this .
